Nihi John Oladele, the young man who twerked for GEJ, oh!!!am sorry i mean trekked from Abuja to Otuoke in Bayelsa state in honour of President Goodluck Jonathan  arrived to a rousing welcome

Nihi and other trekkers arrive Otuoke to a warm reception

The people of Otuoke trooped out to celebrate Nihi John for his historic walk to the home town of the president.  Nihi said  President Jonathan deserved to be honoured  for conceding defeat in the March 28 election.


Nihi John Oladele, began his walk from from Abuja to Otuoke shortly after Hashimu Suleiman trekked from Lagos to Abuja to celebrate the victory of the president elect. Since then, several Nigerian youths have followed suit in such solidarity walks across the country.

 This prompted Mohammed Shehu, an aide to Mohammadu Buhari to advise the youths to channel their energies towards more productive ways of showing solidarity to the incoming administration instead of trekking.
